Responsibilities
Your role:
- Reconcile bank statements and ensure the accuracy of financial records.
- Lead month-end and quarter-end close activities, ensuring timely and accurate balance sheet reconciliations.
- Prepare and review consolidated financial statements and reports.
- Support internal reporting processes, including revenue, bookings, backlog reporting, and cash flow analysis to inform financial strategy and decision-making.
- Maintain strong internal controls and ensure compliance with financial policies and external regulations.
- Collaborate with other departments to support cross-functional initiatives.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a General Accountant or in a similar role, with more than 5 years of experience.
- Proficiency in ERP systems and accounting software such as Epicor, Dynamics 365, OneStream, Hyperion, and similar platforms.
- Solid understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations.
- Strong proficiency in accounting software and financial systems.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities throughout the day.
- Strong time management skills and ability to meet deadlines.
- Technology-savvy and adaptable to new systems and tools.
