Senior Fund Accountant

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Senior Accountant to join our Fund Accounting team. This role is ideal for professionals with a strong background in investment accounting, financial reporting, and regulatory compliance. You'll play a key role in managing fund operations, ensuring accuracy in financial statements, and supporting strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily fund accounting operations including NAV calculations, reconciliations, and journal entries
• Prepare and review financial statements in accordance with IFRS/GAAP
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and regulatory requirements
• Liaise with auditors, custodians, and fund administrators
• Analyze fund performance and provide insights to stakeholders
• Mentor junior accountants and support team development
• Assist in system upgrades and process improvements

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA preferred)
• Minimum 5 years of experience in fund accounting or investment accounting
• Strong understanding of financial instruments, fund structures, and valuation methodologies
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or fund-specific platforms)
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
