Facilitates the implementation and support of SAP FICO Modules.
Performs detailed analysis of complex business process requirements and provides appropriate system solutions; identifies, interprets, validates and document customer requirements.
Facilitate workshops to collect business requirements.
Maps client business requirements, processes and objectives; develops necessary product modifications to satisfy clients needs.
Designs, customizes, configures and tests.
Identifies gaps, issues and work around solutions.
Analyzes assigned Incidents, Service Requests, Problem Tickets, and Change requests of all Fujitsu AMS clients related to SAP FICO Modules.
Acts as liaison with client for troubleshooting: investigate, analyze, and solve SAP problems.
Handles changes or emergency transports as needed for high priority issues.
Provides ad-hoc training and user support as required
Works self-directed and independently; may act as subject matter mentor to more junior members.
Understand business processes from a client perspective.
Multitasks and manages multiple deliverables and AMS clients at the same time based on severity and urgency.
Executes deliverables in accordance tocompany values and in alignment with overall company and organization strategy and direction
Carries out tasks with minimum supervision.
Ability to present to internal and external clients when needed.
Ability to mentor junior and mid consultants
Minimum 7-years SAP Experience
Minimum 3 full cycle SAP Implementation as a Lead
At least 1 full cycle SAP S4 HANA Implementation as a Lead
