MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE IN FOOD MANUFACTURING
We are looking for a Senior Functional Analyst – SAP Materials Management & Warehouse Management (SAP MM/WM) to support SAP implementation, enhancement, rollout, S/4HANA initiatives, and ongoing application operations within a food manufacturing environment.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead and support SAP MM/WM implementations, rollouts, upgrades, and enhancement projects.
- Facilitate requirements-gathering workshops and translate business needs into effective SAP solutions.
- Design, configure, customize, and test SAP MM and WM functionalities.
- Develop functional specifications for ABAP-enabled reports and programs and coordinate end-to-end testing through UAT.
- Provide production/application support, troubleshoot issues, and deliver permanent or workaround solutions.
- Perform functional and integration testing to ensure system changes meet business requirements and do not impact existing processes.
- Prepare and maintain functional specifications, business procedures, user manuals, and quick reference guides.
- Develop and conduct SAP MM/WM training for end-users.
- Create project workflows and support delivery within agreed scope, timeline, and budget.
- Recommend innovative SAP solutions that improve business processes and operational efficiency.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Management Systems, Business Administration/Management, or related field.
- 4+ years of hands-on SAP MM/WM experience.
- Must have completed at least 2 full-cycle SAP MM/WM implementations.
- Strong experience in SAP MM and WM solution design, configuration, development, and support.
- Must come from the Food Manufacturing industry.
- Experience supporting both SAP project implementation and operational environments.
- Exposure to SAP S/4HANA is a strong advantage.
- Working knowledge of other SAP modules such as SD and PP is a plus.
- Experience working with ABAP developers and preparing functional specifications.
- Strong understanding of testing, integration, UAT, and production support.
- Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong ownership, problem-solving, and solution-oriented mindset.
- Able to work effectively under deadlines and adapt to changing business requirements.
- Project management experience is an advantage.
