What are we looking for

If you're a Senior Full Stack Software Engineer who enjoys building software, taking ownership of features, and working across a modern tech stack, we're looking for you!

As a Senior Full Stack Engineer, you'll work with .NET 7/8, Angular 14/15, TypeScript, MySQL, and Elasticsearch, while maintaining and modernizing legacy front-end systems in AngularJS and Angular 8, and contributing to Ruby-based backend services.

This is a hands-on role where you'll design, build, and ship features from concept to production.We value ownership and autonomy, with engineers responsible for the full lifecycle of their work through trunk-based development. Our team embraces AI-assisted development and collaborates through agile routines, including scrums, sprint planning, and ticket-driven workflows in JIRA.

What are you expected to do

• Agile Delivery: Actively participate in scrums, sprint planning, and JIRA workflows.
• Full Ownership: Take responsibility for design, development, testing, release, and support of your work.
• Full Stack Development: Backend in C#/.NET 7/8 and Ruby (when needed); Frontend in Angular 14/15 and TypeScript, with maintenance of AngularJS and Angular 8; Database design/optimization in MySQL.
• Trunk-Based Development: Contribute continuously to trunk, ensuring the codebase remains production-ready.
• Testing & Quality: Write and maintain automated tests; ensure your own work meets requirements without a QA safety net.
• Technical Leadership: Mentor team members, lead code reviews, and uphold engineering standards.
• Architecture & Design: Shape scalable and maintainable systems, balancing new development with legacy support.
• AI-Enhanced Development: Use AI tooling (Claude Code, Codex) to accelerate productivity, quality, and delivery.
• Continuous Improvement: Proactively suggest and implement improvements in tools, processes, and practices.
  
  

You'll be a great fit if:

• You have at least 6+ years proven Full Stack experience with C#/.NET (7 or 8), Angular (14+), and TypeScript.
• You have experience maintaining legacy AngularJS and Angular 8 systems.
• You have exposure to Ruby on Rails or Ruby backend services.
• You have strong knowledge of MySQL design, queries, and performance tuning.
• You are familiar with Elasticsearch; this is a plus.
• You have solid experience with trunk-based development and CI/CD pipelines.
• You are comfortable working in a no-QA environment, owning quality end-to-end.
• You have a strong understanding of Agile/Scrum practices and JIRA-driven workflows.
• You have excellent communication skills and the ability to mentor peers.
• You are enthusiastic about working in an AI-assisted development environment.

Please note: This role is remote; however, we require candidates to be based locally in the Philippines. This is to support occasional onsite activities such as team events, client meetings, or equipment handover. Additionally, local residency is necessary for compliance with Philippines labor laws and employment regulations.

What happens after you submit your application

The whole process takes around 3-4 weeks:

• There will be 2-3 interviews and a possible assessment from our client partner. You will undergo an initial interview, a culture interview, and 1-2 interviews with our cool client. This will run for about 3-4 weeks but we will let you know if we need to ramp it up. Be yourself and have fun.
• We will constantly communicate with you as to the development of your application. You can also directly communicate with us to ask us about the status of your application.
• If all goes well, we complete the reference check and provide other necessary requirements so we can offer you the job right away.
