About the Client
Our client is a leading European healthcare technology company that develops enterprise software used by audiology clinics worldwide. They are expanding their engineering team and are looking for a Senior Full Stack Software Engineer to help build and enhance scalable cloud-based applications that support healthcare providers across Europe.
About the Role
As a Senior Full Stack Software Engineer, you'll work on modern enterprise applications within a cloud-based microservices architecture. You'll collaborate with an international engineering team to develop new features, improve system performance, and deliver high-quality software using AI-assisted development tools.

Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and maintain enterprise web applications using C#/.NET and React.
Build and enhance REST APIs, microservices, and cloud-based solutions hosted on Azure.
Improve application performance, scalability, and maintainability.
Develop clean, testable, and well-documented code following engineering best practices.
Collaborate with Product Owners and engineers to estimate, develop, and deliver new features.
Contribute to CI/CD pipelines, code reviews, and Agile Scrum activities.
Utilize AI-assisted development tools to improve productivity and software quality.
Participate in technical discussions and share knowledge with the engineering team.
Qualifications:
5+ years of experience with C# and modern .NET (.NET Core/.NET 6+).
3+ years of experience developing front-end applications using React (TypeScript preferred).
Strong experience building REST APIs, microservices, and distributed applications.
Experience working with Azure or other cloud platforms.
Strong understanding of software architecture, testing, and CI/CD practices.
Experience using AI coding assistants such as Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, Cursor, or similar.
Ability to work independently in a collaborative Agile environment.
Strong English communication skills.
Nice to Have:
Experience with Python for AI tools or automation.
Experience with Kubernetes (AKS), Azure Service Bus, Azure SQL, or Azure AI services.
Experience integrating AI/ML services or Large Language Model (LLM) APIs.
Experience working in healthcare, fintech, or other regulated industries.
Working Conditions:
Onsite for 6 months and Hybrid upon regularizatio
