Senior Full Stack Python Developer

About the Role

We are hiring two experienced Full Stack Python Developers to join our US-based team. We build custom visualization dashboards that help school districts and non-profits make data-informed decisions.

The Work Setup

• Location: 100% Work From Home (Remote).
• Schedule: Night Shift, 9:00 PM - 6:00 AM (Philippine Time)

Tech Stack & Key Responsibilities You will spend your time equally between backend and frontend development, primarily extending features on our Partner Portal.

• Backend: Python (Flask, SQLAlchemy) & MS SQL.
• Frontend: HTML, CSS, JavaScript (Vanilla + HTMX).
• Environment: Docker, Unix, Azure.

Must-Have Qualifications

• Python Expert: 5+ years of full-stack experience. While we use Flask, we welcome experts in Django or FastAPI.
• Frontend Mastery: Advanced skills in HTML/CSS/JavaScript. You must be able to translate Figma designs into pixel-perfect code.
• System Knowledge: Familiarity with Docker containers and Unix environments.
• Communication: Excellent English communication skills for collaborating with our US Product Team.

Nice-to-Have (But Not Required)

• HTMX: We use HTMX, but if you are strong in React or Vue and willing to learn HTMX, apply anyway.
• GoLang: Interest in learning Go is a plus.
• Azure: Conceptual familiarity is sufficient; hands-on experience is not required.
