Senior Full Stack Odoo Developer

Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Full Stack Odoo Developer based in Makati. The Senior Full Stack Odoo Developer will design, develop, and maintain Odoo modules and custom features across both back-end and front-end components. Responsibilities include implementing business workflows, integrating Odoo with third-party systems, and optimizing performance, security, and scalability. The role involves collaborating with business analysts and stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions, writing clean and maintainable code, and reviewing code from other team members. The Senior Full Stack Odoo Developer will also troubleshoot production issues, prepare technical documentation, contribute to deployment activities, and mentor junior developers to support overall team growth.

Qualifications

• Strong back-end web development and software development skills, including experience designing and implementing server-side logic and APIs.
• Proficiency in full-stack development with Odoo, including customizing modules, building integrations, and working across database, server, and client layers.
• Competence in front-end development and Cascading Style Sheets (CSS), with the ability to create responsive, user-friendly Odoo views and web interfaces.
• Extensive hands-on experience with Odoo (Enterprise and/or Community), including configuration, customization, and module development.
• Solid understanding of relational databases, version control (e.g., Git), and secure coding practices.
• Experience with agile development methodologies, issue tracking tools, and CI/CD workflows.
• Ability to analyze business requirements, propose technical solutions, and communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Demonstrated experience mentoring or leading other developers, with a focus on code quality and best practices.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience in ERP implementations and prior work in a similar senior full stack or Odoo-focused role is highly preferred.
