Job Summary

We are looking for a Senior Full Stack Java Developer with strong backend development experience and working knowledge of frontend technologies. The successful candidate will work with international development teams based in Poland, contributing to application development, system enhancements, and technical solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain enterprise applications using Java.
• Build and maintain backend services, APIs, and application components.
• Develop and support frontend features using Angular or React.
• Collaborate with international developers and technical stakeholders.
• Participate in code reviews, troubleshooting, testing, and deployment activities.
• Ensure code quality, application performance, and system reliability.
• Take ownership of assigned deliverables and provide technical solutions.

Qualifications

• At least 4–5 years of hands-on Java development experience.
• Strong proficiency in Java, preferably Java 25.
• Experience with Angular 18; React experience is also acceptable.
• Experience working with cloud platforms, preferably Microsoft Azure.
• Strong backend development skills with the ability to handle frontend tasks.
• Good understanding of API development and software engineering principles.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with international teams.

Nice to Have

• Experience using AI-assisted development tools such as Claude and GitHub Copilot.
• Previous experience working with global development teams.
• Experience collaborating with international clients or stakeholders.

Work Arrangement

• Full onsite during the first month in McKinley, Taguig.
• Mid-shift schedule.
• Daily collaboration with development partners based in Poland.
• Occasional direct interaction with customers.
