NMS PH's Automation Engineering team is seeking an experienced Senior Full-Stack Developer.
The ideal candidate must be highly proficient in full-stack architecture, capable of building advanced admin interfaces using Filament v3, managing complex data logic (payroll, tracking, queries), and integrating third-party APIs/webhooks.
Full-Time | Onsite (Loakan, Baguio City)
Monday - Friday, 9 AM-6 PM
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES & JOB DUTIES:
- Full-Stack Engineering: Code, refactor, and deploy scalable front-end components and back-end logic.
- State & Dashboard Management: Create and maintain responsive, role-based admin panels using Livewire and Filament structures.
- API & Security Integrations: Build webhooks, handle RESTful API connections with robust error-catching (401/404 handling), and implement complex Role-Based Access Control (RBAC).
- Database Optimization: Author, modify, and optimize intricate SQL/ORM queries, pivot tables, and bulk data inserts while maintaining high data consistency.
- QA & Continuous Deployment: Actively debug production issues, establish local environments for problem replication, perform code reviews, and execute staging and production deployment pushes.
- Documentation: Write clear technical blueprints, environment configuration notes (.env), and setup guides for the internal Knowledge Base.
TECHNICAL SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:
- Primary Language & Frameworks: PHP, Laravel, Filament v3 (highly preferred), and Livewire (TALL Stack)
- Front-End Technologies: JavaScript, Tailwind CSS, Formik, and responsive layout design for desktop/mobile views
- Database Management: PostgreSQL / MySQL, proficient in writing complex database migrations, pivot structures, and query optimizations
- Cloud & DevOps: Amazon S3 storage integration, Git workflow (GitLab/GitHub), and staging-to-production environment management
Nice-to-Have Experience: Familiarity with AI/LLM API integrations, WebSockets, or third-party identity verification vendors (e.g., Ondato).
