Senior Full Stack Developer - Manila

About the role

We are is looking for a Senior Full Stack Developer to design, build, enhance and support software solutions that power business operations and an ongoing digital transformation. You'll work in an Agile team across the full development lifecycle, delivering new digital solutions while improving and maintaining existing systems across a group of companies and its subsidiaries.

What you'll do

• Design, develop, test, deploy and maintain secure, scalable and reliable software solutions
• Build and enhance applications across front-end, back-end, database and integration layers
• Contribute to greenfield digital initiatives and the modernisation of existing platforms
• Develop and maintain APIs and integrations between internal and third-party systems
• Investigate and resolve application incidents and defects, and fix the root causes
• Monitor and improve application performance, reliability and maintainability
• Evaluate emerging technologies and third-party products
• Take part in sprint planning, refinement, reviews and retrospectives, as well as design discussions and peer code reviews
• Work with developers, business stakeholders and technology teams to turn business needs into technical solutions
• Share knowledge with the wider development team and maintain technical documentation

What you'll bring

• A degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or a related discipline, or equivalent industry experience
• 5+ years of commercial software development experience, including full stack work
• Strong development skills in C#, .NET / .NET Core, REST APIs, Angular and SQL
• Experience building and supporting applications in Microsoft and cloud-based environments
• Experience with Microsoft Azure, Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines and Git
• Strong understanding of relational database design, development and optimisation
• Understanding of software architecture, integration patterns and secure coding practices
• Experience resolving complex application and integration issues in production
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and the ability to learn new technologies and systems quickly
• Strong written and verbal communication with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Proven ability to collaborate in Agile, multidisciplinary teams

• Automated unit and integration testing
• Scrum Practitioner certification or Agile Scrum experience
• PWA and/or hybrid application development
• Third-party and enterprise system integration
• GraphQL and OData
• Broader Azure development and cloud architecture experience
