SwissPine Tech is seeking an experienced Senior Full-Stack Developer / Tech Lead to play a pivotal role in scaling the cloud infrastructure and leading the engineering efforts. This is a long-term role designed for a technical visionary who balances high-level architecture with hands-on delivery.
In this role, you will lead a development team to build modern web applications while serving as a pioneer for AI productivity. We are looking for a lead who doesn't just use AI tools, but masters themspecifically Windsurfto accelerate delivery responsibly while mentoring others to do the same.
Key ResponsibilitiesHands-on Technical Leadership- Full-Stack Delivery: Design, develop, and maintain dynamic web applications using Java (Spring Boot), Angular, and Node.js.
- Architecture & Design: Own the architectural design and review process, ensuring solutions are scalable, secure, and aligned with company standards.
- Data & Cloud: Build and maintain reliable database structures using Cosmos DB and PostgreSQL while managing deployments via Azure DevOps and Docker.
- Team Mentorship: Provide technical direction and hands-on mentorship to the development team, establishing high-quality engineering practices and code review standards.
- Security & Optimization: Ensure all systems meet security standards, mitigate vulnerabilities in third-party libraries, and perform deep performance tuning.
AI Product Integration & Engineering- AI Integration: Design and implement AI-enabled features (e.g., intelligent search, workflow automation) and integrate AI/LLM services via APIs.
- AI Productivity (Windsurf): Use Windsurf effectively to accelerate delivery (refactoring, debugging, and test generation) while maintaining a disciplined workflow to avoid AI-related pitfalls like hallucinations.
- AI Governance: Define safe AI behaviors, including validation, fallbacks, and data redaction to ensure responsible AI usage within the product.
Required QualificationsTechnical Must-Haves- 5+ years of professional software development experience.
- Advanced proficiency in Java Spring Boot, Angular (8+), and Node.js.
- Strong experience with Cosmos DB, PostgreSQL, and Microservices architecture.
- Hands-on expertise with Azure Cloud Services, Docker, and CI/CD workflows.
- Math Skills: Strong analytical and mathematical abilities.
AI & Leadership Non-Negotiables- Windsurf Proficiency: Real-world experience using Windsurf (or equivalent agentic IDEs) with the ability to articulate specific Action-Result-Learning examples.
- Leadership Experience: Demonstrated experience leading or mentoring developers, breaking down complex requirements into executable plans, and unblocking team hurdles.
- AI Implementation: Proven experience delivering at least one meaningful AI/LLM-enabled feature in a production environment.
Preferred Qualifications- Experience in the Financial Services or Fintech sectors.
- Experience with Kendo UI Framework or Azure AI services.
- Certifications: Azure Solutions Architect, AWS Certified Solutions Architect, or TOGAF.
Education- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master's preferred).
