About The Role
We are seeking an experienced Senior Full Stack Developer to join our growing team, based on-site full time in our office in Parañaque, Metro Manila. This role plays a key part in supporting BMD's Digital Transformation strategy, contributing to both enhancement of existing systems and delivery of greenfield projects.
Working closely with the Scrum Master and Software Development Team, you will support the delivery of high‑quality software solutions across the BMD Group and its subsidiaries, including BMD Corporate, BMD Constructions, BMD Urban, JMac, Empower and Urbex.

Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop and enhance existing software applications.
- Respond to and resolve system incidents in a timely manner.
- Contribute to greenfield development initiatives as part of the Digital Transformation program.
- Evaluate and integrate third‑party products where required.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies, including planning, reviews and retrospectives.
Essential Skills And Experience
- Tertiary qualification in Computer Science, Software Development, or equivalent relevant industry experience.
- Minimum 5 years proven experience in a commercial software development role.
- Demonstrated experience developing applications on Windows platforms and in Cloud environments.
- Strong technical expertise in:
- C#, .NET Core MVC, EF Core
- REST APIs
- Angular, AngularJS
- SQL, Bootstrap 4
- Solid understanding of SQL relational database systems.
- Working knowledge of:
- Azure DevOps (pipelines)
- Git
- Visual Studio 2019 and Visual Studio Code
- Strong problem‑solving, analytical and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to learn new technologies quickly and adapt to change.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to build positive working relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders.
Desirable
- Unit testing automation experience.
- Scrum Practitioner certification or practical Agile/Scrum experience.
- Experience developing PWA or hybrid applications.
- Third‑party system and product integration experience.
- Exposure to GraphQL and/or OData.
- Azure application development experience.
