About the Role
We are looking for aReact-focused Full Stack Developerwho is passionate about building dynamic, high-performance web applications. The ideal candidate hasstrong hands-on experience in React.jsand aworking knowledge of Laravelfor backend integration and API development.
You will take the lead on frontend architecture and collaborate with backend developers to build scalable, responsive, and modern applications.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and optimizeReact.jsapplications with reusable and efficient components.
- Integrate frontend applications withLaravel-based APIsand backend systems.
- Work closely with designers and backend teams to deliver seamless user experiences.
- Write clean, maintainable code and ensure best practices across frontend projects.
- Implement responsive UI/UX and performance optimization.
- Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment processes.
- Stay updated with the latest frontend technologies and frameworks.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 5+ yearsof professional development experience.
- Expert-level proficiency in React.js(hooks, context, state management, performance tuning).
- Strong skills inJavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
- Experience consuming and integratingRESTful APIs.
- Medium-level proficiency in Laravel able to understand routes, controllers, models, and basic CRUD operations.
- Familiarity withMySQL / PostgreSQLdatabases.
- Strong understanding ofGitand version control workflows.
- Experience withbuild tools(Vite, Webpack, npm, etc.).
- Solid problem-solving and debugging skills.
Nice to Have
- Experience withNext.jsorReact Query / Redux Toolkit.
- Understanding ofauthentication & authorizationflows (JWT, OAuth).
- Exposure toDockeror container-based deployment.
- Familiarity withCI/CD pipelinesandcloud services (AWS, DigitalOcean, etc.).
- Basic understanding ofAgile/Scrumpractices.
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent experience.
- If you graduated from Mapua, AMA, DLSU, SLU Baguio and TIP it will be a plus but not a super requirement
