Role Description The Senior FP&A Analyst is a full-time role responsible for supporting strategic decision-making through financial planning and analysis for SunPower's operations. This hybrid position is based in Binãn, with a mix of in-office work and some work-from-home flexibility. On a day-to-day basis, the Senior FP&A Analyst develops and maintains financial models, prepares budgets and forecasts, and analyzes variances between actual and planned performance. The role partners with cross-functional teams to interpret financial results, identify trends, and provide data-driven recommendations that improve profitability and operational efficiency. The Senior FP&A Analyst also assists in preparing management reports, presentations, and scenario analyses to support leadership in setting and evaluating business strategies.
Qualifications
- Strong foundation in Finance, including Financial Planning and Financial Modeling, with the ability to translate complex data into clear insights.
- Demonstrated Analytical Skills with experience in Budgeting & Forecasting to support business planning and performance tracking.
- Proficiency with Excel and financial analysis tools; experience with ERP and BI/reporting systems is highly beneficial.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; advanced degree or professional certification (e.g., CFA, CPA) is a plus.
- Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment in Binãn, collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, and communicate findings clearly to non-financial audiences.
- Prior FP&A or related experience in a corporate environment, ideally within energy, technology, or a high-growth industry.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement.
