The Senior Operations Manager (Foodcourt - Concept Development) is responsible to source new food concepts for the continuous improvement of tenant-mix of the Food Courts and Food Halls, ensure 100% occupancy of leasable spaces in the branches and review of food offerings and/or menu composition of tenants to guarantee healthy competition is maintained.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- LEASE MANAGEMENT - develop lease concepts related to food industry; ensure full leased out foodcourt and food hall spaces; source new prospect for foodcourt lease out; negotiate with tenant according to the standards of the company
- TENANT MANAGEMENT - collaborate with tenants for project development; ensure that tenants concerns and issues are addressed based on the agreed timelines; establish good rapport and customer relationship
- FOODCOURT OPERATIONS - review all documents related to the opening of food court tenants; endorse for approval all agreements with the tenants
EXPERIENCE & EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS
- With at least 5 years of managerial experience in the related field
- Graduate of Business Management, Hotel and Restaurant Management, Marketing or related course
- Required skills: organization and planning, advanced excel skills, presentation skills, communication skills, data analysis & insights
WORK LOCATION
- Candidates must be willing to be deployed at the Head Office - MOA Square, Pasay City.
