Senior Food Service Manager

The Senior Food Service Manager will take ownership of accelerating growth across the Philippines by strengthening existing customer relationships while developing new strategic accounts. This position is ideal for a commercially driven professional who enjoys a hands-on environment, is comfortable operating within a small team, and can balance strategic account management with proactive business development activities.

• Drive sustainable revenue growth through expansion of existing accounts and acquisition of new customers.
• Lead commercial engagements with senior decision-makers, including business owners, CEOs, and executive stakeholders.
• Develop and execute market penetration strategies to increase market share within the food manufacturing and food service sectors.
• Build strong customer relationships through consultative selling and value-based negotiations.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities across food processors, manufacturers, and large corporate customers.
• Manage and grow a portfolio of strategic accounts while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to align commercial objectives and customer requirements.
• Lead, coach, and develop direct reports to achieve individual and team performance goals.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to identify growth opportunities.
• Deliver accurate sales forecasts, pipeline management, and business performance reporting.
• Represent the organisation at customer meetings, industry events, and key commercial discussions.
• Operate effectively within a lean team structure, taking ownership beyond traditional role boundaries when required.
