Role Description The Senior Financial Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Davao, responsible for overseeing financial planning, reporting, and analysis to support strategic decision-making. This role includes preparing and reviewing financial statements, budgets, and forecasts, as well as monitoring cash flow, cost structures, and profitability across projects and business units. The Senior Financial Specialist collaborates with leadership and operational teams to provide insights on financial performance, risks, and opportunities, and to ensure alignment with compliance and corporate policies. Daily tasks involve analyzing financial data, developing management reports, supporting audits, and recommending improvements to financial processes and controls. The role also includes mentoring junior finance staff and contributing to the continuous enhancement of financial systems and tools.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Finance and Financial Reporting skills, including experience with budgeting, forecasting, and preparation of financial statements.
- Candidates should possess advanced Financial Planning capabilities, with a focus on long-term projections, scenario analysis, and resource allocation.
