- SLoan for Sellers is the Seller/SME Loans product that will allow sellers to take out loans to finance their Shopee business operations.

Job Description:
- Lead assigned areas of the month-end and year-end close process, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timeliness
- Prepare annual financial statements in accordance with accounting standards
- Coordinate with tax teams to ensure alignment between accounting and tax reporting
- Act as a key point of contact for external auditors during interim and year-end audits
- Prepare audit schedules, reconciliations, and supporting documentation
- Ensure compliance with statutory, regulatory, and internal reporting requirements
- Partner with FP&A, Tax, HR, and Operations teams to ensure accurate financial reporting
- Review work prepared by junior team members and provide coaching and guidance
- Support ad hoc management requests, analysis, and special projects
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Professional certification preferred (CPA)
- 57 years of experience in financial reporting, audit, or technical accounting
- Experience working with external auditors (Big 4 or equivalent preferred)
- Strong understanding of financial statement preparation and disclosures
- Advanced Excel skills; experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) is a plus
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- High attention to detail with the ability to see the big picture

- Ability to manage deadlines and work independently
