Job Summary:

The Senior Financial Reporting Analyst is responsible for preparing financial and regulatory reporting deliverables, including annual financial statements and fund reporting. The role ensures data accuracy, compliance with GAAP, and supports the team in financial analysis, fund accounting, and NAV reporting.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with service providers for preparation of annual financial statements and footnotes.

• Prepare regulatory reporting deliverables, including Form PF and CIMA FAR.

• Serve as the key point of contact for third-party service providers.

• Document and enforce reporting policies and procedures.

• Assist with internal and external reporting requirements as needed.

• Identify opportunities to streamline reporting processes through automation.

• Perform tasks related to Fund Asset Management, Investments, and NAV reporting.

• Support variance analysis, reconciliations, and data validation.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with downstream reporting needs.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.

• Minimum of three (3) years of public accounting experience or experience in financial services companies.

• Exposure to Net Asset Value and Fund Asset Management.

• CPA license preferred.
