We're Hiring: Senior Manager – Controllership & Financial Planning

What You'll Do:

As our Senior Manager for Controllership & Financial Planning, you will act as a trusted finance business partner—working closely with business leaders to provide data-driven insights, analysis, and recommendations that support critical decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with division leaders to deliver actionable financial insights and performance analysis
• Prepare and present meaningful financial reports to senior leadership
• Evaluate business scenarios and recommend strategic financial actions
• Lead or support special projects (e.g., contract reviews, cost-benefit analysis, funding initiatives)

Who We're Looking For:

• Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Business, or a related field
• Must be a Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
• At least 5 years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)
• Strong background in corporate finance and strategic planning
• A proactive, analytical thinker with excellent stakeholder management skills
