It is an independent member of the BDO Alliance USA, a nationwide association of independently owned local and regional accounting, consulting and service firms with similar client service goals.

We are seeking a dedicated tax professional to join our team. We expect our seniors to exhibit excellent technical skills and the ability to work independently as well as within a team.

The main responsibilities of a Sr. FP&A include:

  • Develop and deliver financial analyses and work products, including budgeting, forecasting, cash flow projections, ratio analysis, benchmarking, and operational performance reporting to support strategic decision-making.
  • Design and implement reporting and forecasting models that enhance performance management capabilities, improve processes, and strengthen data integrity and usability.
  • Serve as a key point of contact for clients and stakeholders, including C-suite executives and private equity teams, communicating on scope, schedule, budget, risks, and engagement progress.
  • Support engagement execution by identifying risks and opportunities, driving actionable plans to achieve performance targets, contributing to market and trend analysis, and assisting with ad-hoc projects as needed.

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field required
  • 1-3 years of relevant professional experience in finance, accounting, consulting, or a related discipline
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and quantitative skills, with the ability to synthesize complex information and present findings in a clear, concise, and logical manner
  • Collaborative, team-oriented professional with excellent written and verbal communication skills and proficiency in relevant financial systems and technology tools
