Role Overview:
In this role, you'll build and improve financial models, support budgeting and forecasting, and deliver insights that help guide key strategic and operational decisions. You'll collaborate closely with senior leaders, contribute to process improvements (ideally leveraging AI and automation), and play a key role in elevating our reporting, dashboards, and analytical capabilities. Key Responsibilities:
- Build, update, and improve budgets and forecasts tied to business drivers and KPIs
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual performance reports and variance analyses
- Partner cross-functionally to support strategic initiatives with data-driven insights
- Review monthly financial reporting for accuracy and consistency
- Support board and corporate reporting
- Enhance reporting processes and implement new tools and scalable solutions
- Develop dashboards and data visualizations (experience with AI-driven tools is a plus)
- Conduct ad hoc financial and operational analyses as needed
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of analytical experience - US based (FP&A, investment banking, PE, consulting, or similar)
- Strong Excel modeling skills
- Experience working with large datasets and BI tools (Sigma, Tableau, Domo, Power BI/Power Query, etc.)
- Strong communication skills; experience with U.S.-based companies
- Ability to interpret financial data and connect it to business drivers
- High attention to detail, strong organization, and excellent time management
- Collaborative mindset with an entrepreneurial, self-starter attitude
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Experience with ERP/cloud data systems; AI agents interacting with financial data is a plus
- Familiarity with Python, R, or similar languages is a bonus
