Brew Crew Opportunity
Our Brew Crew is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst, Supply Chain. This role will be a part of the Global Supply Chain Finance team supporting business growth through supply chain cost management, tracking performance, and making recommendations for improvements. This role will focus on inventory costing and review, provide analytic support, and identify operational implementations to improve efficiencies and outcomes, with an emphasis on delivering disciplined growth, enhancing financial reporting, and driving business review processes.
The Senior Financial Analyst, Supply Chain position will sit in the Singapore office, reporting to the Controller, Global Supply Chain Finance.
Key Responsibilities
In this role, you will:
- Review monthly inventory close, investigate variances against standard cost, perform reconciliation and analyze working capital trends to drive target attainment.
- Coordinate annual budgeting, monthly forecasting and business review activities across Supply Chain functions, consolidating inputs, validating key assumptions and cost drivers in alignment with business objectives and ensure timely and accurate submissions.
- Support annual standard cost modelling and inventory revaluation, validating key cost inputs and assessing financial implications.
- Support project initiatives and business cases by assessing financial returns, value drivers, risks and key prerequisites for successful execution.
- Coordinate with supply chain to strategically manage cost, through internal and external benchmarking, supply chain network design assessment, and sourcing studies.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to simplify processes, enhance reporting accuracy, and enable informed decision-making.
- Provide analytical and strategic support on an ad hoc basis, leveraging tools like market research, data mining, business intelligence, and valuation to provide recommendations to senior management. Actively participate in the implementation of approved changes.
- Execute special projects as designed and defined by the Finance team.
Your Ingredients
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Statistics preferred
- 2-3+ years of financial planning and analysis experience in a multi-national company
- Food service and/or retail industry knowledge and experience a plus
- Hands-on experience with process improvement methodologies, project management, and change management strongly preferred
- Self-motivated and experienced in transition situations where there is rapid change
- Strong ability to think strategically, creatively, and act tactically when required
- Strong interpersonal, influencing and team building skills required
- Strong negotiation, communication and analytical skills required
- Proficient with Access, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint; Microsoft Dynamics preferred
- English proficiency required
