Job Summary

Responsible for financial planning, consolidation, financial modeling, project evaluation, valuation, and investment analysis to support business and management decisions.

Job Overview

• Prepare and analyze financial plans, forecasts, and consolidated financial reports.
• Develop and maintain financial models for subsidiaries, projects, and business units.
• Conduct project financial analysis, feasibility studies, business valuation, and investment analysis.
• Evaluate capital structure and financial performance to support strategic decisions.
• Prepare management reports, financial presentations, and other finance-related studies.
• Provide financial insights and recommendations to management.
• Ensure accuracy, confidentiality, and integrity of financial and business information.
• Collaborate with various business units and stakeholders on financial matters.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Finance, Management, Economics, or a related field.
• Preferably a CPA, CFA, or CMA.
• Strong experience in financial planning, consolidation, financial modeling, valuation, and investment analysis.
• Proficient in preparing feasibility studies, investment analyses, and capital structure reports.
• Strong knowledge of corporate management reporting.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
• High level of integrity and ability to handle confidential information.
• Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills.
