Position Objectives:
Corporate Accounting work focuses on short and long-term financial planning and/or financial analysis of business operations for the purpose of measuring and forecasting future business performance. This includes:
- Analysis of internal financial information (e.g., profit loss accounts, financial statements, tooling & engineering, costs, prices, expenses, revenues, etc.)
- Analysis of external economic conditions and their impact on business operations (e.g., inflation, interest rates, exchange rates, etc.)
- Financial modeling to measure and forecast potential impacts of financial transactions and corporate development activities
- Adhoc analysis required by management
Key Competencies/Description:
Education:
- Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Accountancy from a reputable school
- A Certified Public Accountant
Experience:
- At least 3 years combined experience in accounting, audit, and financial analysis.
Personal Competencies:
- Strong Verbal & Written Communication Skills.
Skills/Knowledge:
Advanced MS Excel skills, such as but not limited to:
- Advanced excel formulas
- Data, Power Query, Tables & Formatting
- Conditional Formatting
- Pivot Tables & Pivot Reporting
- VBA & Macros
