Senior Financial Accountant

What You'll Do

• Review and analyze the company's financial statements to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with accounting standards.
• Review financial schedules, account balances, and supporting documents to identify discrepancies, unusual variances, and potential errors.
• Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and management reporting packages.
• Coordinate with Accounting and Finance teams to resolve financial reporting issues and ensure timely submission of reports.
• Provide financial analysis and insights to management to support business decisions and improve financial performance.
  

Qualifications

• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) with relevant experience in financial reporting and accounting.
• Experience in reviewing and analyzing financial statements, financial reports, and account reconciliations.
• Real estate industry experience is highly preferred, particularly with property-related accounting or financial reporting.
• Experience using ERP systems such as NetSuite; knowledge of other accounting systems is an advantage.
