Overview

We are a fast-growing, global professional services organisation on a mission to transform the value of our industry. Due to continued growth and international expansion, we are seeking a Senior Financial Accountant to support and scale our finance operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own day-to-day finance operations including AP, AR, and payroll
• Ensure statutory compliance (BAS, PAYG, Payroll Tax, Superannuation, Workers Compensation, Insurances)
• Monitor cash flow and ensure financial obligations are met
• Prepare bank, general ledger, and cash flow reconciliations
• Deliver month-end and Board-level reporting
• Analyse financial data and provide meaningful insights
• Drive process improvements and strengthen financial controls
• Review cost variances and investigate discrepancies

Requirements

• CA or CPA qualified with 5+ years post-qualification experience
• Experience in high-growth or SaaS environments preferred
• Strong reporting and financial analysis skills
• Experience with Xero, Salesforce, and Power BI preferred
