Join our growing Finance Team as a Senior Financial Accountant and become the second-in-command to our Head of Finance. This is a high-impact role where you'll lead financial reporting, oversee month-end close, partner with auditors, and drive process improvements that support business growth.
What You'll be Doing:
- Lead the month-end and year-end closing process
- Prepare and analyze financial statements and management reports
- Ensure compliance with PFRS, GAAP, and regulatory requirements
- Manage balance sheet reconciliations and financial reporting accuracy
- Lead internal and external audit activities
- Partner with cross-functional teams to improve finance processes and internal controls
- Support strategic finance initiatives alongside the Head of Finance
We Are Looking For:
- Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) – Required
- Experience in external audit, preferably from a Big Four accounting firm
- Strong background in financial reporting, general accounting, and audit
- Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills; ERP experience is an advantage
