One of the Largest Shared Services Companies in the Philippines is expanding Its operations.
We are looking for Senior Finance Project Manager who will,
- Manage and coordinate project status reporting with a strong emphasis on actionable insights for regional senior management, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and project objectives.
- Collaborate closely with key stakeholders and other teams to validate project benefits and costs, ensuring they are well-documented in business cases across various program milestones.
- Develop and implement project management best practices, including standardized reporting tools and templates, while tracking the progress of benefits realization at a regional level.
- Oversee program governance activities, such as reviewing project deliverables from a governance standpoint, conducting spot checks on project documentation, and performing project health assessments when needed.
- Monitor critical projects to ensure they are delivered within the agreed scope, schedule, and budget, while proactively identifying, reporting, and escalating potential risks or issues.
- Support strategic project planning and execution as required by management.
- Ensure proper documentation of all project details and deliverables, maintaining an up-to-date Program Inventory that captures workstream progress.
- Coordinate ongoing project management activities, including governance meetings, training sessions, and discussions with business units.
- Act as an advocate for the program within standard finance processes, supporting business case development, funding approvals, and tool selection as required.
- Develop reports and data visualizations to communicate insights effectively.
What the role requires:
- Bachelor’s Degree in any related field
- At least 6 years’ experience as a Project Manager
- Working experience in Financial Project Management and Project Status Reporting
- Proven experience as a Project Manager, preferably in investment management
- Chartered Accountant is a PLUS
- Background in Tableau dashboard and requirements gathering
- Familiarity with Investment IT projects within the financial services industry, and preferably within Investment Management.
