Job Summary
The Senior Finance Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing core finance and accounting operations, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and driving financial efficiency across the organization. This role requires strong technical accounting expertise, leadership capability, and experience in managing complex financial processes within a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead day-to-day finance and accounting operations
- Prepare consolidated financial statements and management reports
- Oversee budgeting, cash flow monitoring, and financial forecasting activities
- Ensure accurate bank reconciliation, billing processes, and tax compliance
- Manage reinsurance accounting activities and related reporting requirements
- Develop and maintain strong internal control systems and compliance procedures
- Coordinate annual audits and ensure timely resolution of audit findings
- Conduct financial analysis and operational cost assessments to support management decisions
- Identify process improvement opportunities to enhance financial efficiency
- Work closely with department heads on financial planning and policy implementation
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline
- CPA license is highly preferred
- Strong experience in financial operations, audit, and compliance
- Knowledge of regulatory reporting and internal controls
- Background in the insurance or financial services industry is an advantage
- Proficient in accounting software and financial management tools
- Strong analytical, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
- Capable of handling both onsite and remote work arrangements effectively
