We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Finance Manager to lead our financial operations and strategy in Taguig City, Philippines. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing financial teams, developing budgets, and ensuring compliance with regulations to drive business success.

What You'll Do: The Senior Finance Manager owns the full finance function—accounting, controls, tax, treasury, and management reporting—and partners with the country leadership team to scale the business profitably. The role is the senior finance leader on the ground in the Philippines, reporting to the Head of Finance, Philippines, and is critical to the country's path to sustainable, well-controlled growth.

What We're Looking For:

• Bachelor's/Master's degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field.
• CPA in good standing with the Philippine Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) is required.
• MBA or other relevant postgraduate degree is a plus.
• 10+ years ofprogressive, hands-on finance experience covering the full operations stack (GL, AP, AR, treasury, payroll) plus deep tax (BIR compliance, audits, transfer pricing) — ideally combining Big 4 audit/tax foundations with industry experience at a high-growth tech, e-commerce, or logistics business.
• Demonstrated FP&A capability — budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and partnering commercial/operations leaders on pricing and unit economics.
• Working knowledge of NetSuite is required (administration, customisation of saved searches and reports, period-close best practice).
• Strong knowledge of Philippine Financial Reporting Standards (PFRS), IFRS, and the Philippine Tax Code (NIRC), along with deep working knowledge of BIR processes (eFPS, eBIRForms, LOA handling).
• Proven people-leadership experience — built, coached, and retained finance teams; comfortable being both player and coach in a scaleup environment.
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to process voluminous data, surface insights, and translate them into clear business implications.
• Working knowledge of an internal control framework such as COSO/SOX is a plus
