Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration
- CPA, CMA, ACCA, or equivalent professional qualification required
- MBA or Master's in Finance is an advantage
- Knowledge of GAAP and IFRS is preferred
- At least 10–15 years of experience in Finance Operations within Shared Services or Global Business Services
- Minimum 5 years in a senior leadership role
- At least 8 years of people management experience
- Proven track record in managing large, multi-process finance operations
