About the Role: As a Finance Manager, you will provide strategic and operational leadership across our finance organization. You will serve as a trusted business partner to RRHI, delivering financial insights to support sound business decisions, optimize working capital, and drive long-term value creation across our retail stores, distribution centers, and corporate offices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the overall finance function to ensure sound financial management, governance, and alignment with company objectives.
- Oversee General Accounting, Taxation, Sales Accounting, Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP), Supply Chain Finance, and Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A).
- Direct the preparation of accurate financial statements, management reports, budgets, and forecasts.
- Drive cost optimization, profitability improvement, and cash flow management.
- Collaborate with RRHI on corporate financial reporting, budgeting, and finance transformation initiatives.
- Ensure strict compliance with Philippine Financial Reporting Standards (PFRS), tax regulations, and statutory requirements.
- Provide administrative oversight of the Internal Controls and Compliance functions.
What We Are Looking For:
- Education: Bachelor of Science in Accountancy with an active Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license is required. A Master's degree (MBA, Finance) is a strong advantage.
- Experience: At least 5 years of progressive finance and accounting experience, with a minimum of 3 years in a senior finance leadership role.
- Industry Background: Strong background in retail, pharmacy, FMCG, distribution, or multi-site organizations.
- Technical Expertise: Proven experience in end-to-end finance operations, Data Analytics, and Financial Decision Support. Expertise in Accounting and ERP Systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP) is critical.
- Leadership: Demonstrated experience in business partnering, governance, continuous improvement, and executive communication.
