Senior Finance Manager - Real Estate - Singapore

Responsibilities

• Lead multi-entity financial reporting and consolidation
• Oversee statutory accounting, tax compliance, and audit processes
• Manage working capital, treasury, and cross-border finance operations
• Analyse asset financial performances vs budget/forecast and providing insights on business activities and performances
• Manage the financing for new acquisitions and refinancing for existing investments

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance/Accounting + CPA / ACCA / CA
• Minimum 10 years experience, including multinational exposure and hands-on with full-set accounts, IFRS, SFRS, and multi-entity consolidation
• Background in corporate finance (M&A, funding, capital planning) preferred
• Excellent communication skills
