Senior Finance Manager Property (Manila)

We're a Sydney-based property management company running a growing portfolio, and we're looking for a full-time, home-based Senior Finance Manager to take ownership of our accounting operations. This isn't a data-entry seat — you'll be the numbers person the Directors lean on, working directly alongside our leadership team.

We want someone genuinely sharp with numbers: fast, accurate, and able to see the story the financials are telling, not just record them.

What you'll own day to day:

Cash flow reporting and forecasting — kept current daily

Arrears reporting and active follow-up (including texting tenants via our Australian mobile)

Vacancy reporting

Account reconciliations across the portfolio

Responding to tenant ledger and accounting enquiries by email and text

Flagging risks, trends and opportunities in the numbers before we have to ask

General finance admin support

AI-enabled

What we're looking for:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting (CPA or equivalent a strong plus)

Solid accounting and bookkeeping experience — property or real estate a bonus

Genuinely strong with numbers and detail; nothing slips

A clear communicator with a practical, problem-solving mind

Calm and collected under pressure

The schedule: Full-time, aligned to Australian business hours.
