Job Description

As the Senior Finance Manager, you will:

  • Lead the organisation's FP&A function including budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning, and performance analysis.
  • Develop financial models to support strategic initiatives, investment opportunities, and business case evaluations.
  • Drive corporate finance activities including capital allocation, mergers, acquisitions, partnerships, and expansion projects.
  • Lead valuation exercises for business opportunities, investments, and strategic transactions.
  • Partner with senior executives to provide commercial insights and financial decision support.
  • Prepare presentations, board reports, and financial recommendations for leadership and stakeholders.
  • Monitor financial performance, identify risks, and implement improvement initiatives.
  • Build and mentor a high-performing finance team.

The Successful Applicant

A Senior Finance Manager should have:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related discipline.
  • CPA, CFA, ACA, ACCA, or equivalent professional qualification preferred.
  • 10+ years of progressive finance experience, including significant exposure to FP&A, corporate finance, valuations, and financial modelling.
  • Previous experience leading finance teams and influencing executive stakeholders.
  • Advanced financial modelling skills with strong proficiency in Excel and financial analysis tools.
  • Strong commercial acumen and ability to translate financial insights into strategic decisions.
  • Experience presenting to executive leadership, boards, and investors.
  • Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and leadership capabilities.
