About Our Client
An organisation operating in the Energy & Natural Resources sector, based in the Philippines.
Job Description
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, and cash flow management across the business.
- Oversee accounting, financial reporting, treasury, taxation, audit, and statutory compliance activities.
- Strengthen internal controls, corporate governance, risk management, and financial processes.
- Provide financial leadership for project development, investment evaluations, stakeholder management, and team development.
The Successful Applicant
Required (Non-Negotiable)
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA).
- Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy.
- Minimum 10 years of progressive finance and accounting experience.
- Minimum 5 years in a finance leadership or management role.
- Strong experience in financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.
- Solid knowledge of IFRS or equivalent accounting standards, financial reporting, and internal controls.
- Understanding of Philippine tax regulations and statutory compliance requirements.
- Advanced analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and team development capabilities.
- Proficiency in Excel and financial management systems.
- Authorised to work in the Philippines.
