Job Description

  • Lead and manage the preparation of financial statements and reports in compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Develop and implement financial strategies to support business objectives.
  • Monitor and analyze financial performance, identifying areas for improvement.
  • Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
  • Ensure accurate and timely tax filings and compliance with local financial regulations.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to provide financial insights and recommendations.
  • Supervise and mentor the accounting and finance team.
  • Support audits and liaise with external auditors as needed.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Senior Finance Manager should have:

  • A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Professional accounting certification (CPA or equivalent) is highly desirable.
  • Strong expertise in financial reporting, budgeting, and analysis.
  • Proficiency in financial management systems and tools.
  • In-depth knowledge of local tax regulations and compliance requirements.
  • Proven ability to lead and manage a team effectively.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
