Job Summary:
We are seeking a strategic Finance leader to drive end-to-end finance transformation and Global Business Services (GBS) operations. This role will oversee controllership, financial governance, and commercial performance while enabling scalable, data-driven decision-making across global delivery platforms. The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in shared services, executive financial modeling, and cross-border stakeholder leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
Finance Transformation & GBS Leadership
- Lead global finance transformation initiatives across shared services and GBS environments
- Establish and optimize end-to-end finance processes (R2R, O2C, P2P) to improve efficiency, scalability, and control
- Drive continuous improvement through automation, standardization, and governance frameworks
Financial Governance & Controllership
- Oversee controllership, SOX compliance, and internal control frameworks across global operations
- Ensure accuracy and integrity of financial reporting, audits, and regulatory compliance
- Strengthen governance around pricing, funding, and investment decisions
Commercial & Performance Management
- Lead investment modeling, rate setting, and pricing governance to support business growth
- Drive billing, collections, and cash conversion strategies to optimize working capital
- Develop and deliver executive and board-level financial insights, dashboards, and reporting
Stakeholder & Leadership Management
- Partner with C-suite leaders (CEO, CFO, COO) and regional stakeholders to align finance strategy with business objectives
- Act as a trusted advisor in strategic decision-making and financial planning
- Lead and develop high-performing global finance teams across regions
Qualifications:
- 15–20 years of experience in Finance, GBS, or Shared Services leadership roles
- Strong background in finance transformation, controllership, and global process ownership
- Experience in Big 4 advisory and multinational environments preferred
- Proven expertise in financial modeling, pricing governance, and working capital management
- Strong knowledge of SOX, compliance frameworks, and global finance operations
- Demonstrated ability to influence and collaborate with senior executives and cross-functional teams
