Role Overview

As the Senior Finance Associate you will not only support but also strategically expand our finance team to ensure optimal performance and alignment with our business objectives. You will oversee all financial operations and provide leadership in financial strategy and execution.

Job Responsibilities

• Team Management: Participate in the recruitment and development of finance staff, ensuring the team is well-equipped to meet the company's goals.
• Financial Oversight: Oversee all aspects of financial management, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and financial reporting.
• Strategic Planning: Develop and refine financial strategies by forecasting requirements, identifying monetary resources, and developing action plans.
• Budget Management: Monitor financial performance, measure and analyze results, initiate corrective actions, and manage the budgeting process.
• Compliance and Reporting: Ensure compliance with statutory law and financial regulations, complete financial reporting, and manage all tax and compliance filings efficiently.
• Stakeholder Relations: Manage relationships with financial service providers, auditors, and other external partners to ensure smooth financial operations.

Who You Are

• You hold a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field, with a CPA or equivalent qualification being highly advantageous.
• You have at least 5-7 years of experience in financial management, with a proven track record in a leadership role within the real estate sector or a related industry.
• You possess strong leadership skills with the ability to manage, develop, and expand a team.
• You are proficient in using financial software and Microsoft Office, with advanced Excel skills.
• Your analytical skills are top-notch, with a keen attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure.
