Senior Finance and Accounting Manager

We're Hiring: Senior Accounting & Finance Specialist | Ethnik Living

Compensation Range: $2000 to $3500 per month

Ethnik Living is looking for a Senior Accounting & Finance Specialist to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Track vendor payments, outstanding balances, receivables, and payment schedules
• Prepare and maintain P&L statements and management financial reports
• Conduct profitability and margin analyses across products, sales channels, and business activities
• Track and report key financial and operational KPIs
• Monitor inventory value and its impact on the balance sheet and cash flow
• Maintain accurate records of inventory-related financial movements
• Track sales tax obligations, filing deadlines, and payment schedules across applicable jurisdictions
• Maintain a calendar of corporate, state, federal, and other applicable tax obligations
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
• Reconcile financial data across accounting, banking, ecommerce, payment, and operational systems
• Support accountants, tax advisors, and other external financial partners when necessary
• Manage or support the monthly financial close and produce timely P&L, balance-sheet, and cash-flow reporting
• Maintain a rolling 13-week cash-flow forecast
• Reconcile inventory quantities and values across warehouses, 3PLs, ecommerce systems, and accounting records
• Review landed costs, COGS, gross margins, shipping costs, refunds, damages, and other profitability drivers
• Coordinate sales-tax filings and payments with external advisors

What We're Looking For

• Background in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial statements
• Excellent Excel / Google Sheets skills
• Highly analytical and comfortable working with large amounts of financial data
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records
• Ability to take ownership of recurring financial processes and deadlines
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
• Experience with ecommerce, inventory-based businesses, or US accounting is a strong plus
• 4–6+ years of accounting, financial analysis, or related experience
• Experience with accrual accounting and US GAAP
• Experience with QuickBooks Online or your actual accounting platform
