The Senior Finance Analyst – FP&A will support the company's financial planning activities through budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and management reporting. The role will work closely with business units and operations teams to monitor financial performance, provide insights, and support strategic and operational decision-making.
This position is ideal for finance professionals with strong analytical skills and experience in budgeting, reporting, and cross-functional coordination within a corporate environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the preparation and consolidation of annual budgets and periodic forecasts
- Monitor actual performance against budget and analyze variances
- Prepare monthly financial and management reports for leadership review
- Coordinate with various departments regarding budget utilization and financial performance
- Provide financial insights and recommendations to support operational and business decisions
- Support cash flow monitoring and financial planning activities
- Assist in the review and monitoring of operating expenses and cost controls
- Participate in financial analysis, profitability studies, and business case evaluations
- Help ensure timely and accurate financial reporting and compliance with company policies
- Support purchase requisition monitoring and budget validation processes, when necessary
- Collaborate with accounting and operations teams to improve reporting accuracy and efficiency
Qualifications:
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) preferred
- At least 3–5 years of experience in financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, or management reporting
- Strong analytical and financial modeling skills
- Experience in corporate finance, utilities, infrastructure, manufacturing, or similar industries is an advantage
- Experience with purchase requisition or budget monitoring processes is a plus
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and financial reporting tools
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
