- Oversee daily facility operations, office readiness, maintenance, safety, security, cleaning, and vendor performance.
- Identify recurring issues, analyze root causes, and implement strategic and sustainable solutions.
- Develop creative campaigns and initiatives that improve employee awareness, engagement, safety, and workplace experience.
- Lead facility projects, process improvements, emergency preparedness, drills, and incident response.
- Act as a key contact during facility emergencies and support critical incidents according to agreed emergency arrangements.
- Lead and guide Facility team members and vendors, ensuring clear ownership and quality execution.
- Make sound decisions independently and escalate issues with clear analysis and recommended solutions.
- Build strong relationships and influence employees, HR teams, building management, vendors, and other stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Facility Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5-7 years of experience in Facility Management, Workplace Experience, Property Management, or Operations.
- Experience managing facilities, vendors, safety, emergency situations, and improvement projects.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
