Location: Parañaque City
Employment Type: Full-time, Office-based
Schedule: 5-day work week
About the Role
We are seeking a Facilities Manager to lead our Facilities Management Group. This role is responsible for overseeing preventive maintenance, construction projects, safety management, and administrative services to ensure operational efficiency and compliance. The Facilities Manager will manage a team of engineers, supervisors, technicians, and administrative staff, while coordinating closely with internal business units and external partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Preventive Maintenance: Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs for site facilities, systems, and equipment.
- Construction & Fit-Out Projects: Review, analyze, and oversee building construction and development projects, ensuring compliance with standards and requirements.
- Safety & Compliance: Act as the site's Primary Safety Officer, ensuring adherence to occupational safety and environmental regulations.
- Workplace Management: Enforce cleanliness, safekeeping, and orderliness of facilities, while ensuring security of employees and company assets.
- Stakeholder Coordination: Collaborate with internal teams, contractors, vendors, and government agencies to deliver facilities services and resolve issues.
- Leadership & People Development: Lead and coach the facilities team, conduct performance evaluations, and implement career development plans.
- Financial Management: Monitor resources, budget allocation, and expenditures to ensure operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Graduate of Civil, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering
- Preferably with PRC License (Registered Engineer)
- At least 5–6 years of experience in Facilities Management in a similar capacity
- Strong technical expertise in maintenance, development, and operation of facilities/equipment in a BPO industry
- Advanced knowledge in construction projects, project management, and client management
- Experience in business and data analysis
- Safety Officer certification is an advantage
- Excellent oral and written English communication skills
