Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement facility management policies and procedures to ensure the smooth operation of all facilities.
- Manage the maintenance, repair, and renovation of buildings, equipment, and systems to ensure they meet operational needs.
- Oversee the planning and execution of facility projects, including construction, expansion, or relocation.
- Monitor and manage facility budgets, including forecasting and controlling costs effectively.
- Coordinate with various departments to address facility-related issues and support their operational needs.
- Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations in all facility operations.
- Manage vendor relationships and contracts for facility services, including maintenance, security, and cleaning.
- Develop and implement emergency preparedness plans to ensure the safety and security of all occupants during crises.
- Supervise a team of facility management staff, providing guidance, training, and support as needed.
- Evaluate facility operations and identify areas for improvement to enhance efficiency and cost-effectiveness.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Facility Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience in facility management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of facility operations, maintenance practices, and building systems.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills to effectively manage teams and collaborate with stakeholders.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and adapt to changing priorities.
- Proficiency in budget management, financial analysis, and vendor negotiation.
- Certification in Facility Management (CFM) or similar credentials preferred
