Senior/Facilities Manager (Chemical & Gas Systems)

Our client is a global engineering solutions company delivering specialized services for high-tech and advanced manufacturing environments. Due to business growth, they are seeking a Senior/Facilities Manager (Chemical & Gas Systems) to lead the successful delivery of electrical facilities projects from planning through execution.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage daily operations of specialty gas, bulk gas, chemical distribution, wastewater, and related facility systems.
• Ensure safe, reliable, and compliant operation of facilities in accordance with EHS, regulatory, and industry standards.
• Lead preventive and corrective maintenance programs to maximize system uptime and manufacturing support.
• Manage contractors, vendors, and service providers, ensuring adherence to safety and performance requirements.

REQUIREMENTS

• Degree in Engineering or a related discipline.
• 8+ years of facilities management experience within a semiconductor manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of chemical delivery systems, specialty gases, hazardous materials handling, and semiconductor facility infrastructure.
• Strong leadership in facilities operations, with proven experience in EHS compliance, contractor management, project execution, and stakeholder engagement.
