Job Description

Job Purpose

Coordinate and deliver recruitment, learning, performance, engagement and change activities with strong candidate and employee experience, accurate data and dependable follow-through.

Key Accountabilities

Recruitment delivery

  • Post roles, source and screen candidates, coordinate interviews and maintain timely candidate communication.
  • Prepare selection records, reference checks, offer documentation and pre-employment handover to HR Operations.
  • Maintain recruitment trackers, talent pools and source-effectiveness data.

Learning and development

  • Coordinate needs analysis, learning calendars, nominations, logistics, attendance and evaluation.
  • Support creation of learning materials and facilitate selected orientation or employee sessions.
  • Maintain training records, mandatory-learning evidence and vendor documentation.

Performance and talent processes

  • Administer goal-setting, check-in, appraisal, moderation and development-plan activities.
  • Prepare performance and talent data, monitor completion and follow up actions.
  • Support talent reviews, succession documentation and career-development initiatives.

Engagement, culture and change

  • Coordinate surveys, events, recognition, wellbeing, diversity and culture activities.
  • Draft employee communications and produce simple campaign materials using approved branding.
  • Support stakeholder mapping, communications, training and adoption tracking for change initiatives.

Reporting and continuous improvement

  • Keep assigned work current in the consolidated HR tracker and raise delays early.
  • Prepare regular dashboards and maintain programme files, budgets and purchase documentation.
  • Gather feedback and recommend improvements to candidate and employee experiences.

Qualifications, Skills & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Communications, Business or a related discipline.
  • Typically 5 - 7 years of relevant recruitment, learning, engagement, performance or HR-generalist experience.
  • Strong coordination, communication, presentation and data-management skills.
  • Comfort working across several programmes with changing priorities and firm deadlines.
