Job Description

Job Title: Senior Executive – People Data Reporting / Analytics

Employment Type: Permanent

Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented People Data Reporting & Analytics professional to support HR reporting, workforce analytics, and dashboard development. The successful candidate will assist in designing, maintaining, and enhancing Power BI reports while supporting HR data analysis and visualization initiatives. The role is ideal for professionals with around 2–4 years of experience in HR analytics or reporting within a Shared Services environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain HR dashboards using Power BI.
  • Support workforce reporting and people analytics initiatives.
  • Create reports using SQL queries and reporting tools.
  • Perform data extraction, transformation, and validation from multiple HR systems.
  • Maintain and enhance existing reporting programs and dashboards.
  • Utilize PowerApps to improve reporting and workflow automation (preferred).
  • Analyze workforce trends and present actionable insights through visual storytelling.
  • Support enterprise data warehouse reporting requirements.
  • Perform data wrangling, cleansing, and modeling activities.
  • Create and maintain Excel-based reports using Pivot Tables, Macros, and advanced formulas.
  • Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and compliance with reporting standards.
  • Work closely with the Reporting Lead, who will review and guide deliverables.

Required Skills

  • 2–4 years of experience in HR Reporting or People Analytics.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Power BI.
  • Working knowledge of SQL.
  • Knowledge of Enterprise Data Warehouses.
  • Experience with DAX (Data Analysis Expressions).
  • Basic Python knowledge for reporting and automation.
  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills (Pivot Tables, Macros, Advanced Formulas).
  • Data visualization and storytelling skills.
  • Experience in data modeling and data wrangling.
  • Knowledge of PowerApps is an advantage.

Preferred Experience

  • Shared Services or HR Operations environment.
  • Experience supporting HR reporting functions.
  • Singapore Shared Services exposure preferred.
