Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end employee onboarding, including pre-employment documentation, orientation, and induction.
  • Administer employee lifecycle activities such as confirmations, transfers, contract updates, and separations.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and ensure timely updates in HR systems.
  • Coordinate with Talent Acquisition, Payroll, Finance, IT, and other internal teams to support workforce operations.
  • Validate attendance, leave, overtime, incentives, salary revisions, reimbursements, and other payroll inputs before processing.
  • Prepare and submit payroll-related inputs accurately and within defined timelines.
  • Respond to employee queries related to payroll, attendance, leave, and HR operations.
  • Act as the primary HR contact for employees, providing timely guidance and operational support.
  • Handle employee concerns and HR operational matters with professionalism and confidentiality.
  • Support employee engagement initiatives, wellness programs, and recognition activities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and client stakeholders, ensuring responsive and high-quality HR support.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to resolve operational issues and ensure service excellence.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
  • 4–9 years of experience in HR Operations, Employee Lifecycle Management, or Workforce Administration.
  • Hands-on HR Operations experience in a Shared Services, Staffing, or Managed Services environment
  • Experience supporting client-facing HR operations is an advantage.
  • Good understanding of payroll coordination, attendance administration, HR documentation, and employee lifecycle processes.
  • Working knowledge of the Philippine Labor Code and statutory employment requirements.
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
  • Strong stakeholder management, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
  • High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and attention to detail.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
